"I want to recognize Amanda Bartels for her outstanding customer service. I have multiple kids, and as I’ve added kids to our policy and had kids go away and return from college, I often need help comparing different auto insurance options. Amanda consistently takes a tremendous amount of time walking through scenarios, re-running quotes, and clearly explaining everything so I can make informed decisions. Most recently, I called about my kids who are starting to get their own cars, and once again she patiently provided multiple quotes and options. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I never feel rushed, and she always treats my questions seriously. Customer service like this makes a huge difference, and Amanda is a big reason I continue to use this office. Highly recommend"
